Let’s plays are videos by the community for the community.  It’s in the name right?  Let’s come together and do this.  Sony wanted to trademark the term.  This week Dave joins us to discuss trademarks in video games, why businesses might do the things they do to.  As far as Sony’s attempt goes, it turns out that got smacked down pretty hard before we could talk about it, but that didn’t prevent us from exploring the why’s and how’s anyway.  As always, a surprisingly insightful discussion ensued.
