We begin this episode with Goku and Bulma still on the hunt for more Dragonballs however after Bulma takes a tumble from her bike dropping a dragonball. When she and Goku find it it’s glowing meaning another must be nearby.

Oolong_VillageThis leads them to Aru Village. They enter but find that the village is empty leading Bulma to tell Goku it’s a ghost town. Goku however says he can feel people here and heads to the Sherman Priest’s house. The door is locked but Goku is not one to simply knock. Instead he just knocks it down with a well placed punch.

He enters and an axe crashes down on his, a little extreme you might say but this is Goku we’re talking about so it just gives him a booboo. Turns out the villagers are hiding from a shape shifting monster named Oolong.

Apparently Oolong has been taking their daughters away and the priest believes his daughter is next. Bulma always focusing on the goal, or more to the point herself, ask if they have seen a dragonball showing them one of her own.

AruvillagersBy now the villagers have figured out Goku and Bulma were not Oolong and so they have come out of hiding. This is when Grandma Paozu, an old woman, shows Bulma the six star dragonball which Goku just flat out ask for. The woman refuses saying it’s been in her family for generations. Bulma makes a deal with the village that if they defeat Oolong they can have the dragonball.

The villagers are a bit skeptical saying Oolong is invincible. This is when Bulma has an idea to get the drop on Oolong. She says they dress Goku up like the Shaman’s daughter and wait for him to come calling. Goku sits waiting when Oolong arrives taking the form of a horned demon in a tux and asked Goku in disguise to marry him.

Goku pretty much ignores him thinking to himself that he needs to go to the bathroom so Oolong changes shape to the form of a handsome human man, and Bulma in a pretty bonehead moment is fooled and runs outside to greet him. This leads Oolong to a bit of a choice. Does he want Bulma or Goku in disguise. Tough choice I know.

Oolong desides to check on “Goku” and proving Bulma isn’t the only bonehead here he finds Goku taking a piss and Oolong realizes he’s been had and transforms into a giant bull and prepares to attack. Goku has been waiting for this and takes off his get up and gets ready to fight.

Oolongs looks ready but then at the last second turns tail and hauls ass. Goku gives chase and finds a small pig outside the village that tell him Oolong went to the otherside of town.

Now it’s time for a little info on Oolong. He went to shape shifting school but can only stay changed for five minutes He explains that he had to terrorize the village since it’s the only way he could get a date.

Goku returns to the village, and tells the pig that he did not find Oolong. Oolong now takes the form of a giant metal ninja with giant chopsticks and a giant bowl of soup, and tells Goku that if he runs away, he will not be dipped in Oolong’s hot soup. Goku says he will not leave, and Oolong accidentally dips his finger in the hot soup and burns himself.

Incase you haven’t noticed Oolong is not a real threat here. Goku catches up with him as he is distracted by a little boy who attacked him with a slingshot. Oolong attempts to trick Goku by testing his strenght and while he is distracted Oolong turned into a bat and flew away. Goku gave chase and Oolong now pretty much terrified turns into a rock to get away faster.

GokuSavesOolongHe fails as his five minute timer is up and he turns back into his normal pig form and Goku saves him and ties him up taking him prisoner. He takes Oolong back to the village and hands him over to the people.

Oolong completely falls apart and begs for mercy saying he will give back their daughters and we learn that in fact the daughters are running him ragged. Having gotten use to a luxury lifestyle.

And so we wrap things up at Aru Village and our crew has yet another one of the mythic DragonBalls

See you next week folks
